• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is required at check-in for Cocoon, Starlight, and Heritage Machans.
• Due to the resort's remote forest location, mobile network availability may vary by carrier. Wi-Fi may be available at an additional charge.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the Machans.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety. Children must remain under parental supervision at all times.
• This is a nature-focused resort. Televisions and a common swimming pool are not available.
• Guests are advised to carry comfortable outdoor clothing, sturdy footwear, and suitable rain gear, especially during monsoon periods.
• Driver accommodation is not available on-site.
• Guests requiring invoices in a company name must provide GST details at check-in. GST details cannot be added after check-out and final invoice generation.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue a stay if resort policies are not followed.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
• Floating breakfast is available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
• Awestruck is a mediator platform and does not provide the experience directly.
