Terms & Conditions

• Check-in is from 1:30 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Late check-outs beyond the permitted extension may attract a full day's room charge.
• Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all guests at check-in. Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details.
• Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of 50% advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid prior to arrival as per resort policy.
• Individual bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 50% retention charge, while cancellations within 3 days of arrival will incur a 100% retention charge.
• Group booking cancellations or amendments must be made at least 14 days prior to check-in, failing which 100% retention charges will apply.
• Pets are not permitted on the property.
• Taxes are applicable as per prevailing government regulations.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
