• Tickets once booked are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled.
• Photos for jar personalization must be emailed at least 3–4 days in advance. Late submissions will result in a photo-less jar.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts. Late entry beyond 30 minutes will not be permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
• An internet handling fee per ticket may apply—please check the final amount before payment.
• Avoid attending if feeling unwell on the event day.
• Unlawful resale or misuse of tickets will result in cancellation without refund or compensation.
• All safety and health guidelines set by the venue must be followed.
• The organizer reserves the right to update or amend T&Cs without prior notice.
