Terms & Conditions

• Valid for single-day, single-entry only.
• Re-entry into the park is not permitted.
• The included food package is valid only with an intact wristband.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.
• Nylon or Lycra swimwear is mandatory for all water attractions.
• Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• Alcohol, tobacco, pets, weapons, and ammunition are strictly prohibited.
• Please remove jewellery and valuables before using water rides.
• Follow all instructions provided by lifeguards and park staff at all times.
• Ride operations may be suspended temporarily due to weather, maintenance, or safety requirements without prior notice.
• No refunds will be provided due to ride closures caused by unforeseen circumstances.
• Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests who are intoxicated, improperly dressed, or behaving inappropriately.
• Awestruck is a mediator platform and does not provide the experience directly.
