Terms & Conditions

• It is MANDATORY to wear a clean pair of non-skid socks (preferably) for the session to protect the equipment.
• Participants without socks will need to purchase them or will not be allowed to attend the session.
• Please wear regular gym attire and bring a water bottle and towel as needed.
• No sharp watches, hair clips, or ornaments are allowed on the reformer machine.
• It is advised to have a light meal at least 2 hours before the session.
• Children under 12 years are not permitted in the studio.
• Pregnant women and cardiac patients should avoid Pilates classes.
• Inform us of any pain or medical conditions that may limit your participation.
• Clients must sign a consent form prior to the Pilates session.
• Please be courteous and clean the reformer after use for the next client.
• Cancellations are non-refundable as the studio reserves the reformer exclusively for you.
