Terms & Conditions

• No Refund for Cancellations: Bookings cannot be canceled by the customer. No refund for cancellations.
• No Show Policy: No refund for no-shows. Group members must be present.
• Late Arrivals: No refund for late arrivals. Booking time will not be extended.
• No Reschedule: Bookings cannot be rescheduled. No prepone or postpone allowed.
• Cancellation by Operator: Full refund or reschedule option if canceled by operator due to weather or operational issues.
• Government Restrictions: Full refund or reschedule option if canceled due to government restrictions.
• No Yacht Change: Yacht change not allowed after booking confirmation.
• Guest Capacity: Maximum allowed capacity must be followed; each child and adult count as one person.
