Terms & Conditions

• Prior reservation is mandatory and subject to availability.
• Guests must arrive at the designated boarding point at the confirmed reporting time.
• The experience is subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, and operational permissions.
• Life jackets and safety instructions must be followed throughout the experience.
• Food, beverages, decorations, photography, and other add-ons are chargeable unless included in the selected package.
• Cancellation Policy:
• 3 days before booking: 30% cancellation charge.
• 2 days before booking: 60% cancellation charge.
• 1 day before or on the booking date: 75% cancellation charge.
• Rescheduling Policy: Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 72 hours attracts an additional 25% charge.
• Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be confirmed by phone and email.
• Guests must follow the operator's safety guidelines and instructions.
• Awestruck is a mediator platform and does not provide the experience directly.
