Terms & Conditions

• No Refund for Cancellations: Bookings cannot be canceled by the customer. No refund for cancellations.
• No Show Policy: No refund if you or any group member doesn't show up.
• Late Arrival: No refund for late arrivals. No extension to booking time.
• No Reschedule: Bookings cannot be rescheduled. No prepone or postpone allowed.
• Operator Cancellation: Full refund or reschedule option if canceled by operator due to weather or operational issues.
• Government Restrictions: Full refund or reschedule option if canceled due to government restrictions.
• No Yacht Change: Yacht change not permitted after booking confirmation.
• Guest Capacity: Maximum guest capacity cannot be exceeded. Each child and adult counts as one person.
