• No cancellations or refunds within 15 minutes of your booked time slot.
• Late arrivals or violation of rules will lead to denial of entry without refund.
• All guests must follow arena rules and respect staff instructions at all times.
• Wait times may vary depending on venue occupancy at the time of your visit.
