Awestruck provides discovery, booking, payment processing, and support for hyper local experiences. We act as a facilitator of local experiences and do not act like the actual experience provider.
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment except wherever it is mentioned “Book in Advance”. For cancellations and refund please visit our Cancellation policy page.
Each Experience has its own rules: price, cut-off times, and age/health restrictions. You must review the “Terms” link on each Experience page before booking.
All content, trademarks, and software are owned by Awestruck or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them outside the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time (posted with a new date). Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
These Terms are governed by Indian law and subject to Mumbai courts’ jurisdiction.
Awestruck Joymakers LLP operates only as a digital marketplace and booking platform. All activities listed on Awestruck are provided by independent third-party Experience Providers. Awestruck does not supply or operate these activities. Payments collected by Awestruck are collected on behalf of the respective Experience Provider. Responsibility for safety, service quality, GST compliance, and execution of the activity lies entirely with the Experience Provider.
I hereby authorize Awestruck Joymakers LLP to issue tax invoices, bills of supply, and other GST documents on my behalf for all bookings processed through the Awestruck platform. I confirm that Awestruck acts solely as an E-commerce Operator (ECO) under GST and collects payments on my behalf. I remain the actual supplier of the activity and take full responsibility for GST compliance, taxation, service quality, and delivery of the activity.

We use cookies and similar tech to personalize content, remember settings, and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser but some features may break.
Our Service is not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Cancellation policies vary by Experience Partner. Always click the “Cancellation” tab on an Experience pop-up/page before booking.
Within 5 minutes of booking: full refund to your awestruck wallet. If you need it to your bank account, please follow the process mentioned in your dashboard.
After 5 minutes, you may cancel according to the cut-off time and fees set by the Experience Partner (e.g. 24 hrs before, 50% refund).
Refunds (if any) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
No-shows and cancellations past the cut-off incur 100% charge.
If an Experience is canceled by the partner due to weather, safety, or government restrictions, you’ll receive a full refund or credit.
