This policy explains how Awestruck handles the information you share when you enquire to list a hotel, resort or staycation with us. It covers this onboarding page only; guest-facing bookings on bookawestruck.com are governed by our main site policy.

What we collect

• Details you send us: your name, property name, city, phone number and email address.
• Property information you provide for listing: location, room types, amenities, photos and the booking contact where reservations should land.
• Basic technical data (device, browser, general location) to keep the page fast and secure.

How we use it

• To contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about onboarding your property.
• To build, verify and publish your listing across the Awestruck web app and app.
• To route confirmed bookings to the phone number and email you provide.

WhatsApp & email

When you choose WhatsApp, your message is sent to our partnerships number (+91 99676 35191) so our team can reply. When you use the enquiry form, your details are emailed to connect@bookawestruck.com. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and onboard you.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with our own team and the service providers that help us operate (for example, messaging and hosting). Once you are live, guests contact you directly — the guest relationship and data stay yours.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to connect@bookawestruck.com. You can stop hearing from us with a single message.
